First Year Visit Schedule
Initial Visit Screen – Full Medical History & Physical, including lab draw Possible bloodwork including: CBC, CMP, TSH, free T3, free T4, PSA, FLP, Free & Total Testosterone, LH, prolactin, estrogen, progesterone, DHEA, B12, homocysteine, Vitamin D, SHBG, IGF-1, CRP.
Second Visit Screen (1 week later) – Perform Body Composition, screening EKG, review current supplements. Review all detailed laboratory results, review symptoms – determine if patient is program candidate and start treatments. Write prescriptions & pay for program after this visit.
Third Visit (4 weeks later) 1st month visit – Review initial medication effects and potential side effects. Determine proper dosage of medicines. Screen vitals and focused physical exam. Discuss patient’s current nutrition & exercise habits. Check vitals.
Fourth Visit (4 weeks later) 2nd month visit – Review medication effects and potential side effects. Follow up on nutrition and exercise routine. Repeat comprehensive laboratory tests and adjust medicines as necessary. Check vitals.
Fifth Visit (12 weeks later) 5th month visit - Repeat body composition, Review diet & exercise plan. Discuss program results in detail. Screen vitals and potential side effects. Laboratory studies if applicable.
Sixth Visit (12 weeks later) 8th month visit - Repeat panel of lab work and review results. Repeat body composition. Review diet & exercise goals. Adjust medicines as needed. Check vitals and physical exam.
Seventh Visit (12 weeks later) 11th month visit - F/U.
Continue F/U every 3 months thereafter.
Lab studies drawn every 6 months or after dosing adjustments.
Yearly full history and physical- 1 hour exam scheduled.
Priority appointments if any issues related to hormone replacement too detailed for email response
Continue email correspondence and research/age management updates.
